Currently, we only ship within Canada and the continental United States. If you reside outside these areas and wish to place an order please contact us.
We ship orders via Canada Post within 2 business days. Arrival times may vary. Please allow 1-9 days for within Canada and 6-14 to the USA. If you require an item by a specific date, please reach out to us prior to placing an order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

- Note all fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (ie. tariffs, taxes)
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. If an error is made, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make corrections. We are not responsible for unclaimed items. Return to sender shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
Simply select the Pick Up delivery option at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up (please add email@example.com to your contact list or check your junk mail for order and pick up confirmations).
Something didn’t work out? White-Balmer Shoes accepts returns within 45 days of purchase. Please see the following conditions:
- Items are saleable, unworn, unused and in original packaging.
- Items discounted over 30% are final sale and not eligible for a refund. For these, contact us for an exchange or store credit.
- Proof of purchase must be included with the return
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

Returning By Mail
To ensure product packaging (ie. shoe box) is not damaged during shipping, eligible returns should be placed in a box or wrapped in paper. Please ensure the packing slip is included with the return. We recommend a shipping method which provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Refunds are issued once we have received the item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges are only offered In-Store. If you purchased online, please complete a return for refund, and then place a new order.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping charges, if any are non-refundable.

We work hard to offer the finest quality products, yet from time to time defects still arise. If you have encountered a manufacture’s defect within 1 year of purchase, please contact us with photos. We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and will replace/refund, if necessary.
Sale Price Guarantee
If you buy a regular priced item from White-Balmer Shoes that is put on sale within 5 days of your purchase, we will honor the sale price. We do not price match with other websites.
