Refund policy

White-Balmer Shoes accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Please see the following conditions:

• Items are saleable, unworn, unused and in original packaging.
• Items discounted over 30% are final sale and non-refundable. 
• Proof of purchase must be included with the return.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Returning In-Store

For in-store returns, please bring eligible items along with proof a purchase to White-Balmer Shoes located at 123 Ontario St. Stratford, ON.

Returning By Mail

To ensure product packaging (ie. shoe box) is not damaged during shipping, eligible returns should be placed in a box or wrapped in paper. Please ensure the packing slip is included with the return. We recommend a shipping method which provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Refunds are issued once we have received the item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges are only offered In-Store.  If you purchased online, and wish to do an exchange, please complete a return for refund, and then place a new order.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Defects

We work hard to offer the finest quality products, yet from time to time defects still arise. If you have encountered a manufacture’s defect within 1 year of purchase, please email info@whitebalmershoes.ca with photos. We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and will replace/refund, if necessary.

Sale Price Guarantee

If you buy a regular priced item from White-Balmer Shoes that is put on sale within 5 days of your purchase, we will honor the sale price. We do not price match with other websites.
